A ‘frisky’ dolphin has caused the closure of French beaches after pursuing swimmers

Swimming and diving was banned at a French beach for three days, after a rutting dolphin tried to get too close to swimmers. The dolphin, whom locals nicknamed Zafar, was reported by a number of people after he swam close and tried to rub against them in the water. Zafar eventually left the area and the beaches were reopened.
